The Conviction of Yamani Vinegar
The characteristic of our brewing method is "fermenting slowly and maturing carefully."
Using the sake kasu, or (pressed) sake cake, of local sake breweries as our main ingredient, we are focused on vinegar that is so easy to drink you can drink it every day.
Since 1887, we have not once become content in our history, instead continuing our pursuit of brewing improvements and "deliciousness" without pause.

As well as cooking vinegar, we also produce healthy vinegar drinks that combine ginger and fruits, and various types of seasoning such as dressings and sauces.
